The Roadie Cap

Anchor Bat Company metal bats are covered by a one-time replacement warranty for twelve (12) months from the date of original delivery, unless otherwise noted. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and excludes any bat marked as final sale, clearance, or otherwise noted as not eligible for warranty coverage.

What This Warranty Covers

• This limited warranty is intended to cover manufacturing-related issues that occur during normal, intended use within the 12-month warranty period, including
  - Severe denting that results from normal play
  - Structural cracking or splitting caused by normal use
  - Other verified manufacturing defects that materially affect the bat’s performance

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by Anchor Bat Company.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

• This warranty does not cover issues resulting from normal wear, cosmetic damage, or improper use, including but not limited to:
  - Grip wear or grip replacement
  - Paint chips, scuffs, scratches, or other cosmetic blemishes
  - Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper storage
  - Use with anything other than regulation baseballs
  - Use in batting cages with high-compression, dimple, or other non-regulation balls
  - Bats that have been altered in any way, including but not limited to rolling, shaving, or other performance modifications
  - Damage caused by team use, shared use, or multi-player use
  - Use outside of normal individual play can shorten the life of the bat and may void warranty eligibility.

Replacement Terms

If a bat is approved for warranty replacement, Anchor Bat Company will provide a replacement bat of the same model and size, subject to availability. If the original bat is no longer available, we may replace it with a comparable model at our discretion.

For limited-run, special-release, or small-batch bats, an exact replacement may not be possible once inventory is sold through. In those cases, a similar model of equal value may be offered.

Clearance and Discounted Bats

Bats purchased at a permanent markdown, through clearance channels, or during warehouse-style sales may be eligible for store credit only, if approved under warranty. If the replacement model carries a higher price than the original purchase, the customer will be responsible for paying the difference.

Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. If the bat was not purchased directly from Anchor Bat Company, proof of purchase from an authorized dealer must be provided.

Bats purchased secondhand, through auction sites, resale marketplaces, or unauthorized sellers are not eligible for warranty coverage.

Claim Review and Inspection

Anchor Bat Company reserves the right to inspect and test any bat submitted for warranty evaluation to determine whether the claim falls within warranty guidelines. Approved claims may be resolved by repair, replacement, or store credit, at our discretion.

Any bat submitted as part of a warranty claim may be retained by Anchor Bat Company for inspection and defect review and may not be returned.

Additional Limitations

• - Warranty coverage applies to individual use only
  - Each eligible bat is limited to one warranty replacement
  - Replacement bats issued through warranty are not covered by a new warranty period

Warranty coverage is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser

Anchor Bat Company reserves the right to deny warranty service if a submitted claim does not meet the terms of this policy.

How to Start a Claim

• To begin a warranty claim, please contact Anchor Bat Company and include:
  - Your full name
  - Order number or proof of purchase
  - Bat model, size, and purchase date
  - A brief description of the issue
  - Clear photos of the damage
